Returns and Exchanges
We do accept returns and exchanges. If you would like to either return or exchange a piece, please message us within 7 days of delivery to your address and ship within 14 days after delivery to your address.
We are unable to accept returns and exchanges on the following:
• Engraved and personalized pieces
• Eternity rings can be exchanged but can't be returned
Cancellations
We can cancel an order within 6 hours of purchase. Please keep in mind that our pieces are handcrafted and we work as fast as we can to deliver our pieces to you within the time frame we promise.
We treat each order as a gift. It can be gift to yourself or to your loved one. Each piece will be beautifully packaged for gift giving in a jewelry box.
